Dip your toes into your first dressmaking project and learn how to make a pair of PJ bottoms.

What will you learn?

In the first session, learn how to measure yourself and trace the pieces required for the PJ bottoms of the pattern. We will also cut the fabric and start with the construction.

In the second session, you will continue with the construction and learn how to insert flat piping. We will attach the waistband, hem your PJs and insert an elastic.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for adults who have basic knowledge of sewing and have previously attended the beginner course or made similar projects.

What is included in the course? And what do I have to bring?

We will be using the Carolyn Pyjama pattern from Closet Core pattern company - you will get to keep the pattern to make it again. We only be making the PJ bottoms and won't have time to make the top. You will trace of the pattern and tracing paper is included as well as elastic. We have also included the fabric for this project into the course fee. Please choose from one of the following fabrics, and let us know if you'd like to make the shorts or long pyjamas.
